Hi I’m Shannon and I am the Clinical Educator working on the Valuing All Staff Together programme, lead for Cheshire and Merseyside. I trained and qualified at the University of Southampton and have worked my way up the country and spent the last 3 years on the High Dependency Unit at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.
