Qualifications MBBS BSc FRCA MRCPCH

I am a consultant anaesthetist and the lead for paediatric anaesthetics at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals and joined the NW Surgery in Children ODN last year as a clinical lead. I completed two years of paediatric medical training in London prior to starting my anaesthetic training in the North West and completed one year of advanced paediatric anaesthetic training at Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.

I am passionate about enabling paediatric surgical care as close to home as possible, reducing inequality in provision of care and the care and management of children with anxiety and neurodivergence and neurodisability in an operative setting.
